About the Position:

Hiring for a Contracts Administrator, responsible for things such as change order management, change management, project cost summaries, progress reports, claims resolution and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or relevant discipline is preferred.

5 or more years of relevant experience in construction/engineering contract management on large heavy civil/infrastructure/industrial type construction projects is required.

Experience on heavy civil/industrial public works water or wastewater treatment facilities is preferred;

Full knowledge of construction contract requirements, contract change conditions, claims analysis and negotiations, change order cost estimates, and time impact analyses.
