About the Position:

Hiring for a Recruiter, responsible to partner with the Talent Acquisition & Human Resources team to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Working together with management and employees to source, screen and hire top talent in all areas of our business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a similar discipline.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting or HR experience in a corporate setting.
  • Experience analyzing data, understanding trends, developing and articulating recommendations for action based on the data analysis.
  • Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.
  • Experience using UKG Pro/UltiPro Recruiting a plus.
