Hiring for a President/CEO, to be responsible for the executive management of multiple office locations, including over a dozen direct reports such as accounting, sales and back office teams and fiscal responsibility for all operations.

Requirements:

Excellent personal/management skills.

Experience implementing systems and processes to streamline operations

In depth knowledge of workings of large construction companies and projects.

Ties & relationships within Texas construction, GCs, Subs, etc..

Energetic self-starter with strong entrepreneurial desires.

Familiarity with technology and willingness to implement new technology.

Ability to lead by example and establish a strong team-oriented culture.

Technologically savvy.
