Our client is a Mid-Sized Power/Industrial contractor that does a mixture of capital and maintenance projects in the fossil, gas, and waste water industry in the Northeast.

About the Position:

The Business Development Director will work directly with the CEO to identify and develop opportunities and new clients with a focus on balance of plant projects that range anywhere from $3-$20 million. Projects consist of industrial piping, boilers, chillers, and various industrial focused projects.


Understanding of general contracting, mechanical and structural services, and capital/maintenance projects in the Industrial/Power Market

Must have proposal development experience

Must have experience with project various project delivery methods such as Lump Sum, Time & Material, and various hybrid options

Experience with construction and service contracts.
