Hiring for a Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for the management of Project Management, design, and engineering staff as well as overseeing schedule & budget of master planned community property development in the Houston market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managing residential master-planned communities.
- Well versed in project management, MUD reimbursements, financial analysis, and other operations of relevant complex projects.
- Prior experience in a leadership position.
