About the Position:

Hiring for a General Superintendent, responsible for assisting and supervising all construction activities associated with the business unit. This individual may also have multiple superintendents as direct reports and will be accountable for all construction. The General Superintendent will be expected to interface and develop working relationships with existing and new clients and will be expected to mentor and train construction teams.

Requirements:

10+ years of civil infrastructure construction experience.

Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of the management of site logistics and contract operations.

Working knowledge of HCSS and Vista for review and reporting.

Must have experience and proficiency with means and methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control.

Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop high performing teams.

Ability to identify, train and mentor top talent within the company.

Must be construction-document and drawing literate with strong civil background and basic knowledge of all phases of construction.
