About the Position:

Hiring for a COO, a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chairman. Responsible for assisting the company in developing further systems & structures and to drive sustainable growth by maintaining control of business operations.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of commercial real estate transactions. Including purchase and sale agreements. Commercial leases and brokerage agreements.

Ability to create project proformas for equity partners, banks and private partners.

General understanding of accounting as it pertains to commercial real estate transactions, construction lending/loans, equity and proformas.

General legal understanding and ability to review and draft contracts and leases.

Experience in construction industry with Developer/contractor/owner type companies.

Ability to work with the internal and external development team and construction teams to produce projects that are delivered timely, within budgets and built with excellence.

Ability to establish and create systems and structures to continue the growth and improvement of the operations of the company.

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
