About the Position:

Hiring for a C-level Human Resources (HR) professional to manage and develop protocols & procedures as it relates to the following areas: Talent Development & Training, Performance Review, Evaluations, Talent Retention, Compensation, Benefits, Health & Wellness, as well as managing all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 8 or more years of high level Human Resources experience for a major operations oriented company.

Bulk of applicant experience must be working for companies in the: Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain or Logistics industries.
