About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible as the overall project leader, starting as early as initial client contact and ending when the project closeout is completed. The PM ensures that their projects meet all internal and external expectations for client satisfaction, budget, reporting, adherence to the project schedule, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

Completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum five years of relevant project management experience.

Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and other software systems as necessary (i.e., scheduling, job cost, bid analysis software packages).

Preference for applicants with DB, Industrial & Medical building experience (Clean rooms, imaging, operational rooms, MRI’s, CT Scans).
