About the Position:

Hiring for a Regional Project Manager in the multifamily division, responsible for the HVAC and plumbing for apartment, assisted living, university housing, hotel and high-rise projects in the Austin market. Creating new business opportunities with new and existing customers and the successful completion of mechanical construction projects. Leads business development, proposal activities, pricing development, negotiation of new contracts and client presentations.

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 or more years of Project Management experience with a commercial mechanical construction contractor.

Must have experience with commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects of $1-10 million in value.

Must provide project list of successfully led projects and programs, on-schedule and within budget.

Preference for applicants with multifamily construction experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering or similar degree.
