About the Position:

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for growing the Engineering business by identifying, developing and winning profitable contracts by driving the company capabilities and value proposition in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Engineering with a Masters in Business Administration.
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in commercial vehicle engineering
  • Minimum 3 Years of a proven track record of achieving successful, profitable sales in a Commercial Vehicle Engineering market.
  • Ideal candidates will be accomplished commercial business developers, self-starters who are intellectually curious, entrepreneurial and able to operate with ethical standards.
  • 3 years sales & marketing development experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in developing commercially-viable pricing strategies that demonstrate value and minimize financial risk.
  • An established network in the Commercial Vehicle Engineering Market.
