About the Position:

Hiring for a Demand Manager, managing a team of 3 junior demand managers and responsible for working with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations to lead the process of developing and communicating the forecast that drives the Master Schedules, Financial updates and our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Requirements:

BS/BA in Supply Chain management, logistics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistical analysis or related major required.

3-5 years of planning and/or Project Management experience in a multi-product/multi-location environment, preferably with consumer packaged goods

APICS certification a plus.

Experience with Logility planning software.

Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.

Skills – good communicator, time management, operations analysis, project manager, active listener, supervisory and persuasive.

Willing to travel up to 20%.
