About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President of Finance and Operations to be a visionary resource overseeing company operational processes and ensuring operating procedures, systems, accounting, tax, treasury, insurance and operating needs. This person will optimize the company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize operating procedures between accounting, financing, construction and property management. The role will oversee both Treasury, Accounting, Portfolio Mgt, as well as parts of Property management. The person will work alongside the Principles and Partners on the acquisition team and report into the Managing Partner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Masters in business or financial discipline preferred.

At least 10 years in commercial real estate in either accounting, asset management or property management.
