About the Position:

The Vice President of Human Resources will direct the development and implementation of all corporate policies and programs covering employment, placement, orientation, training, labor/employee relations (approximately 25% of the employees are organized), compensation, organizational development, contract negotiations and interpretations, and equal employment opportunity/affirmative action.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in a union environment with General Management, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment, of a similar size and scale.
