About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent in the San Francisco Bay area to manage the coordination and supervision of all construction activities. The Superintendent ensures that all field personnel are producing high quality work, on schedule, and within budget. The Superintendent also manages a safe, clean, and well organized environment for Truebeck employees, subcontractor employees, and any other job site visitors. Seeking seasoned professionals with great track-records of employment throughout their careers that may have hit a glass ceiling with their current employer.


Applicants must have at least 5 years of prior Superintendent experience within general commercial construction.

Applicants must present a project portfolio with projects of the size and scope of this company that they have led and completed.
