About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President of the Special Projects Division of the General Contractor. Seeking Vice President candidates with Project Management backgrounds, preferably 20 years of experience running commercial projects with progressive career growth. The Vice President of Special Projects will oversee the division and will be part of the greater executive management team. The Special Projects Division operates on projects of $10 million and below for both ground up and renovation construction.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 20 years of operational construction management experience.

Applicants must supply a projects list of representative work they have managed over their career, relevant to $10M and below.

Qualified candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
