About the Position:

Hiring for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist, responsible to act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Guide managers in recruiting and employee relations and administer employee compensation, training, and benefit programs.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in human resources.

The desire to want to create, implement and maintain your own vision of successful HR protocols.

Highly effective communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable with verbal, written and visual communication.

Self motivated and able to work effectively with a remote support team.
