About the Position:

We are seeking a Labor Compliance Administrator with knowledge of Federal and State Labor Compliance procedures to include collecting, auditing certified payroll, training fund reports and required compliance forms from subcontractors on each Public Works Project.

Requirements:

Must understand LCP Tracker, prevailing wage contracts, and Certified Payroll issues. Must have working knowledge of union reports, fringe benefits & audits, employment verification, workers compensation and compliance reporting as well as strong Excel skills.
