We represent the best product offering and are looking for a true sales and rental leader to further expand our local equipment sales and rental of new, rental fleet, and used equipment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This role will lead our sales team with primary locations in Mobile and Prattville (Montgomery Area), Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida and Gulfport and Meridian, MS.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Drive Local End User Market share
  • Measure “awareness,” market coverage, and deal participation
  • Travel, coach, mentor, and raise the level of our sales force. While there are management duties that require office time, this is NOT an “office or desk job” pushing paper and doing a lot of reports! Candidate is expected to be in the field, traveling with sales people and driving revenue.
  • Drive revenue of new equipment, used equipment in territory, and rental volume
  • True Team Leader: We don’t care about how many machines he/she sold, but rather what the team sold.
  • Must be a proven track record of high performance
