About the Position:

Hiring for a Labor Relations Manager, responsible for management of Labor Relations Department activities as well as the development and implementation of company labor relations strategy and policy to ensure favorable agreements and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

10+ years labor relations experience.

Labor law & construction industry experience a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Proven knowledge of National Labor Relations Act (NLRB), Federal and State Labor, Employment and Wage/hour laws, rules, and regulations.

Strong contract analysis and interpretation abilities.

Ability to analyze issues and develop strategic solutions.

High level proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly, proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and SharePoint preferred.
