About the Position:

Hiring for a CFO, to be a key member of the Executive Management team and serve a strategic role in the overall financial management of the company. The CFO will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company and its subsidiaries. This position is directly responsible for the oversight and reporting of accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, financial statement preparation, cash flow management, private and institutional financing, and financial compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.

CPA certification or an advanced business degree is highly desired.

5 years of senior financial management experience.

Construction industry experience highly preferred.

Expertise in commercial construction project-level accounting and controls, construction law, and construction insurance.

Experience with Sage (Timberline) Software, Office connector and Excel Pivot Tables is preferred.
