About the Position:

Hiring for a Corporate Recruiter, responsible for recruiting and evaluating potential candidates for employment, coordinating the introduction of new employees to company training, requirements, and policies, working with management to appropriately place new candidates on company projects.

Requirements:

Applicants must have prior experience within the building and construction trades that utilize technical rigging and heavy equipment.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Wide degree of creativity for designing and implementing new processes and/ or organizational attributes.

Proficient in computers including software for MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Positive, proactive, self-motivated, and independent attitude are necessary.
